Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the processing method you choose at checkout. We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, most customers typically receive their orders within 1-2 weeks as we only utilise EXPRESS international couriers to ensure you receive your orders as soon as possible.
Q: Do you offer custom engraving or personalization?
A: Yes we do. At this time, we are only able to offer customisation requests for bulk purchases with a minimum quantity of 20. Leave us a message with your detailed personalisation requests and quantity desired and a member of our team will get back to you shortly.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Refer to our 30-Day Risk Free Purchase policy for more info.
Q: How do I care for my Cardzeus product?
A: We recommend using a soft, dry cloth to gently clean your product. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the surface. And be sure to keep your product away from extreme heat or cold.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. Paypal is also accepted.
