Q: I do not know how to ship internationally. Can i still return the item?
A: We are committed to making the returns process as simple as possible. Hence we have established a network of courier partners around the world to assist with your return shipping. Should you have any difficulty returning your order to our Singapore warehouse, do let us know and we will be able to assist with your return shipping for a nominal fee.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days. It may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer. Do note that any return shipping fee incurred on your end is non-refundable.
